Hey, Ruvy -- if anyone tells you we have to allow the Impurade to go on because of "democratic" values, tell 'em: "Al tikra demokratia ele S'domokratia!"

MAOZ,
Be nice to the folks who read here: "Al tikrá demokrátia éle S'domokrátia!" Translation: Don't call this sodomocracy a democracy!
Which segues into what I have to say to Mac in the comment above yours. I have nothing against gays per se. They are G-d's creatures just like the rest of us, and were created the way they were because of the workings of the laws that G-d set in place when He created the universe.
For homosexuals to seek out the company of other homosexuals and seek to fulfill themselves this way is, to my mind, no sin. That is not the issue. The issue is that this parade presents a threat to the Jews who live here because it is an act that would be found in a pagan temple, and is therefore a provocation against G-d. That is what Vayikrá/Leviticus 18:24-28 is all about.
This parade is designed to do more than just be a provocation against G-d. It is designed to turn the "liberal" Jews in exile against us in Israel, by provoking us here to react to protect ourselves from a provocation.
That is why Menny Mazuz ordered it to take place. The fact that the 12,000 Border Police who protect us here in Judea and Samaria is of no consequence to him. We here are less than human in the eyes of the secular élite that runs this country, and so if we have less protection, so what?
But it is important to him and his ilk that there should be violence tomorrow. So there will be. The "left" here hates with a hatred designed to kill, and Mazuz is a very adequate expression of that hatred.

Hey Ruvy -- did you hear/see today's news item? Senator Tim Johnson (D-SD) had to undergo emergency brain surgery due to bleeding in the brain. According to AP's report, this potentially throws into question the upcoming Democratic control of the US Senate. (If Johnson is incapacitated and can't serve, SD's [Republican] governor would have to appoint a replacement. If he were to appoint a Republican, the Senate would be split 50-50 and the GOP would thereby retain control.)
I just thought you might find this interesting....
PS -- Chanuka same'ach!

I caught it, MAOZ. Let's see what develops. It doesn't matter who runs America's government now, though. We are in the hands of Pharaoh, no matter what we do.
I can't even enjoy Hanukkah knowing that it is the mityavním, the cursèd Hiloním, running the show. We are getting a replay of Hanukkah without Mattatyahu to rise up and run his sword through the stupid shits who kiss the goy's ass. Olmert, who definitely deserves to have a sword run through him, is negotiating the turnover of Mt. Zion to the Vatican.

Ruvy, you too?! Have you not yet truly internalized the fact that we are NOT in Pharaoh's/the Vatican's/the CFR's/the Whoevers or Whatevers' hands?
We are in the hands of HaShem, and the sooner we quit beating around the Bush and acting accordingly, the better!

Boy MAOZ,
You're right. We are in the hands of HaShem, as you say, but I feel the need to do something, faced with all the little shtikelekh that our enemies are doing.
It may sound sacriligious to say, but prayer, study and good deeds do not appear to be enough in the circumstances.
No matter how one "adjusts the lenses", there is still the vicious reality of Hiloni elite control, and how it influences the little things, like getting to work each day from Samaria.
Nevertheless, MAOZ, thank you for the reminder. It is needed, lest I forget Who is really in charge.
