George W. Bush vs Bill Clinton in 2008?

A bill before Congress proposes repealing the 22nd Amendment. That's the one limiting Presidential terms, passed back in 1951:

Amendment XXII

Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

The text of the bill repealing the 22nd Amendment is pretty simple:

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the 22nd amendment to the Constitution.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years after the date of its submission for ratification:

`Article --

`The twenty-second article of amendment to the Constitution of the
United States is repealed.'.

The bill, House Joint Resolution 24 is sponsored by Rep Steny Hoyer (D-MD), Rep Howard Berman (D-CA), Rep Frank Pallone, Jr (D-NJ), Rep Martin Sabo (D-MN) and Rep James Sensenbrenner (R-WI).

It's most sweeping effect — would be to allow Bill Clinton and George W. Bush to engage in a steel-cage, barb-wire, grudge match with winner-take-all-stakes in some future election.

4 Dems and 1 Republican sounds about right for Clinton. He's about 80% liberal and 20% Conservative.

Barry Goldwater once said "there ain't a dime's worth of difference between the Republicans and the Democrats." So far as we the people are concerned a battle between Bush and Clinton constitutes a choice between two of Satan's best minions. Neither candidate cares a whit about the former republic of the U.S.A. and the people thereof and both are New World Order (one world government) facilitators, beholden to the money powers. It's like a choice between death by boiling or death by strangulation.

Let me please underestand why do you people love a man like Bill Clinton ???? I personally believe that he was the WORST MAN to occupy office . It is due to his incompetence , that you people had 9/11 . Have you people seen the series "PATH TO 9/11". Bill Clinton was an incompetent President , he was a FAKE , but it is degeneration of standards of certain individuals in US , that this man is being promoted . You people can draw comparisons between him & Michael Jackson , they have a lot in common ... Have you people seen , that this Man Bill Clinton , shamelessly never ever retaliated , when USS Cole was Bombed by Al Qaeda terrorists , more than 100 US service men perished , then enboldened terrorists so much attacked US mainland , & US had its 9/11. More than 7,000 US citizens perished in this bombing .It's all a Democrat Left Wing Propaganda , that seems to have brainwashed some people .

Please see this Documentary ,"PATH TO 9/11" , it is extemely authentic & based on facts ( unlike Farenheit 9/11 , which was just a propaganda of Leftwing Media ).

George W Bush has accomplished a Lot for his people , it's not for nothing that when he was re- elected , he polled the highest number of popular votes in US History . This is no mean achievement , but an endorsement of his policies . He is also the most charismatic President US had in recent decades , please do not be swayed by the Left Wing Propaganda , which gets itself financed by Shady interest groups .

Lastly , AMERICA IS THE LUCKIEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD , THAT THEY HAVE PRESIDENT BUSH AS THEIR PRESIDENT .

If they allow Bush to run again, then he ought to have to run against BILL "9-inch-cock, brainy Fullbright Scholar I-was-born-to-be-President" Clinton. After the election, Bush ought to be thrown into a collosuem of African American and gay voters if he is found guilty of throwing the election. New rule.

I know that i don't have why to tell my opinion cause I'm not american and I don't live in USA. But actually USA is like the ancient rome having the power over all the world. But this power has changed. Into 1938-45, USA won the title of "owner of the world" for his brilliant militar intervention in the WWII. All the people loved USA cause all had respect and admiration for his heroical work. But the things has changed these last years since GWB assumed the presidence. Now the people doesn't respect anymore for admiration like before. Now is for fear to the violence that usa can generate over other countries just for think different. I know Saddam was a motherfucker but... was neccesary kill more than 650.000 innocent people for kill a dictator? USA could do the things more smartly... just with one bullet on Saddam head without declare any kind of war... next to this all the Irak government would be fall like the pieces of a domino. Whatever... I think that with Clinton the things was very much better. So I hope that Bill or Hillary won the presidentials on 2008 to bring the peace and the respect for admiration over America again. Best wishes to all and sorry for my bad english.

This is rediciluous. It is because of Bill Clinton's lieing and cheating that George Bush had to fight for his country. If Bill CLinton got off his dead ass and did somethiong for America maybe we wouldn;t be in such a bad situation. BUSH ALL THE WAY.
