Judith Miller who had been jailed for 85 days because she refused to reveal her source in the CIA leak, testified today before the grand jury, spending more than three hours in the downtown Washington courthouse.
According to the Associated Press,
"My source has now voluntarily and personally released me from my promise of confidentiality regarding our conversations relating to the Wilson-Plame matter," Miller said in a statement Thursday. Her newspaper identified Libby as the source, saying that Miller and Libby spoke in person on July 8, 2003, then talked by phone later that week.
What she had to say inside those three hours is not known, but to me after reading the article which had been released a minute before I accessed it, there is nothing to the story at this time. It appears to me that the whole point of the article was rehashing the nearly day old story that Miller had been released. Now we will have to wait and see if her siting in jail for 85 days was really worth it. Did she have the information that the probe was looking for?

That was incredibly concise. I think we'll have to wait and see as far as what she actually said but there are some pretty interesting questions being asked.
