Whaddya do when the Agent of Change lies through his teeth to the Jewish lobby in America? If you're me, you vote for him!
When Barry (it's time to give him a nice American name, don't you think?) Obama clinched the Democratic nomination for the American presidency, he gave a speech before AIPAC, the American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee. And boy, was it a stem-winder, let me tell you. He said all the right things, hit all the right notes; he had the whole crowd at AIPAC in his hands.…

Ruvy, you want to judge McCain and Obama as anti-Israel based on their associations.
I have to go on what I see, and what I see from both of these guys is the same CFR formula for weakening Israel, phrased differently - and most importantly, phrased in such a way as to snow the American Jewish voter. Because I live here, and see what happens here, I'm smarter than the average American Jewish voter. When you actually live in Jellystone Park, you get to see the park ranger aiming his gun at you - and it ain't no picnic.
The big difference is that you can actually smell the camel dung of Obama's association with Arab groups and anti-Israel organizations, whereas all you can do with McCain is point to Haliburton and other corporate lovelies. So, from my point of view, Obama is the better of the two for me. His clearer anti-Israel stance (which will distill itself as the campaign wears on) will translate into hostility for Israel if he is elected. This zebra will not change his stripes. And that is what I'm banking on - an anti-Israel zebra creating hostility in the reservist corps that will get rid of America's puppets here.
And I have to emphasize that point. Obama is better for me - I have a vote in the matter. legitimately gotten, and I'll exercise that vote.
In what appears to be an up-coming election here in Israel, by contrast, all I see are American puppets. The only way I would cast a vote in this election here is if MY candidate, Moshe Feiglin, got elected to the Knesset on the strength of my vote.
Otherwise, I'll stay home.

Ruvy, Baronius, everyone:
In case you were wondering where the comments went: turns out Avi was JOM.
Going to have to ban every IP address in New Jersey at this rate...
28 - Clavos
He's from Choisey?
That explains it...

This article from Israpundit clarifies Obama's close ties to Arabs. Admittedly, Ted Belman, who publishes Israpundit is apparently for McCain. But McCain, like Obama, wants to see a "Palestinian" state "side by side" with Israel, and will shove that trash down our throats while appearing to be more of a friend. So the two are equally bad.
In this situation, it is better to see the enemy clearly, and to ditch his puppets here.

It's almost 02:00 here, and obviously, I'm tired. I messed up yet another HTML code.... Sigh....
Gotta get to bed.
Avi was JOM
And here I thought I had a fellow Israeli commenting: you can delete comment #20 as well, DD.
31 - Ruvy
Before I go, I want to mention something interesting happening. JOM is posting, knowing his posts won't get through to the comment thread, but will get through to me on e-mail. And shock of all shocks, he appears to be agreeing with me. No nasty comments about welfare or government cheese or anything else. Maybe, he finally understands what I've been saying all thsse months. Who knows?
Of course, if he wants to communicate with me directly, he can always look up my e-mail at my blog site....
32 - Christopher Rose
He may not know that Ruvy as he isn't a writer for the site and he's not very bright...

LOL, I am in NJ. At least I will know what happened if I get banned. :-)

Brzezinski and Buchanan are winking anti-Semitic votes for Obama, deliver USA to Pope's basket of Banana Republics. Talal got Pontifical medal as Fatima mandates Catholic-MUslim union against Jews (Francis
Johnson, Great Sign, 1979, p. 126), Catholic Roger Taney wrote Dred Scott decision. John Wilkes Booth, Tammany Hall and Joe McCarthy were Catholics. Now we have a Catholic majority Supreme Court. NYC top drop outs: Hispanic 32%, Black 25% , Italian 20%. NYC top illegals: Ecuadorean, Italian, Polish. 1969 IRA founds Irish Palestine Society, 1971 Irish Arab, 1992 FBI links Bazelya. Hitler was Catholic altar boy.
35 - Ruvy
I guess you don't like Catholics, do you Howie? I don't like Catholicism, but plenty of Catholics are decent people, and I count a few as good friends.
One small point, though. Tammany Hall was a building - something about St. Tammany, a club for Irishmen or something like that, if I remember right. Also, while the IRA was bought up lock, stock and shileghly by Muammar Qaddafi in 1969 (hence the Irish
Palestine Society), it actively aided the Hagana in its fight against the Brits and Arabs in 1946-9.
36 - Baronius
No, there was no St. Tammany or person named Tammany Hall. John Wilkes Booth wasn't a Catholic, either. Hitler was a pagan who ordered the murder of thousands of priests - although to be fair, he was mostly interested in killing them because they were Poles who could read. I'm kind of proud that when you try to list Catholic villians, you have to go all the way back to Roger Taney.
37 - Ruvy
Baronius,
Hitler became a pagan - but started out as a nice (awright, not so nice) Austrian Catholic. If we Jews get Karl Marx and Benjamin D'Israeli stuck in our club, you can afford to take Hitler - the world has seen far worse. Stalin and Mao Tze Dong made Hitler look like a piker when it came to killing people....

Very true.
Of course, you also get Lenin, Trotsky, and the Rosenbergs.
Just sayin'... :-/
BTW, what was so bad about Benjamin Disraeli?
39 - Ruvy
BTW, what was so bad about Benjamin Disraeli?
I was lookin' for the opportunity to get that one in, RJ.
If you remember, D'Israeli was the fellow who got Victoria crowned "Empress of India". Now I don't care about such things, but you should have seen the way this little Hindutva "person" (a paid up member of the BJP - the Indian version of Hindu fascists) at Desicritics ripped into me over D'Israeli - even though he had converted to the Anglican Church. From her take, us evil yids made the lives of millions of Hindus just utter misery because our convert got a Brit crowned "Empress of India". Maybe she thinks the three million dead from the civil war on the sub-continent during the division of British India into Pakistan and the Union of India would all have been avoided if there had been no "Indian Empire" under British suzerainty.
40 - Ruvy
By the way, RJ, I forgot to mention this. This very same woman who condemns D'Israeli (and all of his Jewish compatriots - albeit not the Anglican ones) defines Semitic religion as forcing "one G-d" on people, as opposed to "Indic" religions, which don't, and therefore feels that she is "anti-Semitic".
Note her definition - she didn't say she hates Jews, and I'm not so accusing her.
But she sure as heck left that impression....

Ex-U.S. Envoy Bolton: If Obama Wins, Israel Will Attack Iran
A small update on supporting Obama the Jew-hater, and why it makes sense. Got this e-mail from my friend in Qiryat Arba citing this article above:
THIS IS THE STRONGEST ARGUMENT TO DATE TO VOTE FOR OBAMA!
IN FACT, IF WE KEEP ON TRUSTING THE "GOY ON DUTY" AT THE WHITE HOUSE, REPUBLICAN OR DEMOCRAT, WE'LL KEEP ON GETTING SCREWED!
REMEMBER THAT NO GOY STOPPED HITLER BEFORE HE DID AWAY WITH MOST OF THE JEWS: THEY ACTUALLY ALL HELPED HIM, some with money; some with closing their eyes.
THEY'LL DO THE SAME JUST AS THEY HAVE DONE IT SINCE (1948, 1956, 1967, 1973, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1985, 1990, 1993, 1995-2005, 2006, etc.)
========================================
So, I agree with my friend, and will be telling all my friends the same thing. Support Obama, and vote for him if you can!
42 - Christopher Rose
Bolton appears to understand politics about as well as you do, Ruvy.
I'm not sure that Israel could actually attack Iran's nuclear installations but if it did, the one sure result is that Iranian attitudes would harden and it would pour even more effort into its nuclear activities.
43 - Ruvy
Chris,
Strategic Forecasting discusses this possibility here in extensive detail, arguing that Israel is conducting psychological warfare and nothing more, also arguing that Israel is unable to attack Iran.
But, Chris, the GOI (goy, in other words) has agreed in principle to a great many sacrifices in order to support the pathetic regime in Washington. One of those sacrifices is that Jews throughout Judea and Samaria get kicked out of their homes. Given that a nuclear Iran is a real danger to this country (as well as Europe) a way might be found to enable Israel to accomplish the deed before 20 January 2009.
In the meantime, the so-called "truce" negotiated to keep Olmert in office may well be collapsing.
It is the false prophet who cries "peace, peace!" when there is no peace. The future this region faces is war, Chris. After a terrible bloodbath here in the not too distant future, there will be peace. The only question is how many of us will die in that war that shapes the peace.
44 - Clavos
"I'm not sure that Israel could actually attack Iran's nuclear installations but if it did, the one sure result is that Iranian attitudes would harden and it would pour even more effort into its nuclear activities."
So, let's prevent the Israelis from bombing the Iranians and send the Iranians whatever they need in the way of enriched uranium, etc., along with a trainload of nuclear scientists, so they can speedily develop their nuclear capability for their stated peaceful purposes.
The quicker we help them get nuclear capability, the quicker they'll have electricity, and everyone will live happily ever after.
45 - Christopher Rose
Ruvy, I don't agree that war is the future for your region, although attitudes like yours do make it more likely.
Nor do I agree with your pov about removing Israelis from the occupied territories.
Any nuclear nation, including Israel, is potentially a danger and the world would be a better place if nuclear weapons didn't exist. However, exist they do and it seems unrealistic for those countries that have them, no matter if obtained illegally as Israel and Pakistan did, to expect other countries not to want to get their hands on them.
As to Barack Obama, assuming that Israel is not so deluded and reckless as to pre-emptively attack Iran, his more constructive attitude might play out to Israel's benefit, as this thoughtful article from Foreign Policy magazine indicates.
I think it ultimately comes down to whether one is a glass half full or glass half empty type of person. Whilst I am one of the former, because I believe in hope for the future, you are clearly conditioned into being the latter.
46 - Christopher Rose
Clavos, that probably is a good idea. Fighting is never going to resolve deeply held differences between people.
As we saw in Northern Ireland, even lifelong violent enemies can make amazing and sudden progress if they actually start talking to each other.

"Obama will 'clarify' point after point of this speech to AIPAC until they have all disappeared into smoke and mirrors."
I do so enjoy rubbing your noses in my ability to predict what your pathetically predictable politicians will do. According to Arutz Sheva, Barry Obama Gives Final Burial to 'Undivided Jerusalem' Statement. As I pointed out in my article five weeks ago, "Obama will be the personification of the anti-Israel and anti-Jewish policy of America's oil and banking establishment." And his advisors will make clear what he leaves doubtful. That is why I support the son of a bitch.
Having said all this, something could happen that will make the possibility of American elections academic, at best. Looking at Debkafiles, there are several possibilities of war breaking out in this neighborhood, a war that will very seriously involve the United States in one way or another.
It's always interesting to live in Israel....

This was printed last week, but I only caught it today. The rise of "Mister V" talks about Bara(c)k Obama.
From the article, by Rabbi Lazer Brody.
veneer - a superficially or deceptively attractive appearance, display, or effect (Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, pg. 1387)
barák (Hebrew) - lightning; flash; glitter, shine; veneer
Mister V is a great code-name for Bara(c)k Hussein Obama for two "V" reasons: First, according to the way we're reading the spiritual map, BHO will be victorious in the upcoming Presidential election. That's right, it looks like he'll be the next President of the United States. Second, he's got the best veneer in town, a smile that Colgate or Crest would pay millions for, and a kaleidoscopic tongue that plays whatever music his listeners want to hear.
Hashem (G-d) makes drastic changes overnight to expedite the process of Geulá, the full redemption of our people. Overnight, an insignificant corporal named Adolph Shicklegruber (aka Hitler) came out of nowhere to become the Führer - the absolute dictator of Europe's most cultured nation that also overnight turned into a country of bloodthirsty savages.
Mister V is part of the Geula blueprint. Hashem took him out of nowhere too. He hasn't even finished his freshman term in the Senate, and he's already the Dem's candidate for 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, NW. How did it happen?
On July 27th, 2004 Senate candidate Barack Obama spoke to delegates during the Democratic National Convention in Boston. Some call it "The Speech", a 17 minute star-making turn. Obama walked on stage an unknown, and walked off as a star. Four months after the convention, Obama won the U.S. Senate seat in a landslide.
Now hear this: July 27th, 2004 was the 9th day of the Hebrew month of Av, "Tisha B'Av." This is a perpetual day of calamity for the Jewish people when among other disasters, both Holy Temples in Jerusalem were destroyed.
Mister V, finishing up his glittering tour of Israel today, has wrapped all the anti-emuna feeble-brained politicians around his pinky finger. Abu Mazen and Said Ereket of the Palestinian Authority are dying for Mister V to be elected. We know all the triple talk that he said to the Jews, but we don't know a thing of what he said to the Arabs. I wonder why they're so fond of him...
Your friend Lazer says once again that it's high time for teshuvá. By teshuvá, I don't mean simply going through the motions of Jewish rituals, but establishing a sincere and personal relationship with Hashem.
Don't think that the rocky road to redemption is only our problem over here in Israel. Many thousands of people are waking up here, for there's no lack of stimuli. But, if our beloved brothers and sisters outside of Israel don't wake up on their own, then the Global Jihad just might remind them that it's time to return to Hashem.
Here's a Geulá prediction: Mister V will negotiate (and be buddies) with Iran, Syria, and everyone else, and Israel will stand alone with no one to turn to but Hashem. I like Mister V because I'm looking forward to that day. Wait and see how emuná will win and reign. This is getting exciting.

With the war going on in Gaza, it's time to look at predictions, which seem bit by bit to be coming true. In the Book of Tz'fania, it is prophesied that Gaza will be forsaken, Ashkelon a desolation and they shall drive out Ashdod at noon.[Tz'fania 2:4]
This is an example of the "malicious intelligence" explained and referred to here.Gaza is becoming forsaken - who wants to live under the bombs of Tzaha"l? Ashkelon is under attack, and will be under further attack. If the electric plant there is hit, or the chemical plants.... We'll see if massive missile or rocket barrages strike Ashdod in the near future.
But that's just a dusty old tome warning of destruction - a destruction that might not come just yet. Lets look at comment #48 from 30 July, the one that points out that Obama emerged from the mire of Democratic unknowns in 2004 on Tish'á b'Av, a day of disaster for the Jewish people throughout history: "Here's a Geulá (redemption) prediction: Mister V (Obama) will negotiate (and be buddies) with Iran, Syria, and everyone else, and Israel will stand alone with no one to turn to but Hashem. I like Mister V because I'm looking forward to that day. Wait and see how emuná (faith) will win and reign. This is getting exciting."
Now let's look at the news. Obama to 'Open Channel of Communication' with Hamas
From the article:
As warned here, Obama will be an enemy of the Jewish people: but the unmasking will not be immediate.
50 - Ruvy
Tamar Yonah, a radio show host on Arutz Sheva has a blog site where she posts various things. Lately, her topic has been, uh, the war in Gaza.
Any surprise?
I realize that most people reading BC don't give a crap, but it's worth posting anyway. He latest posting deals with Kid Killers. I'll let you guess as to who she is referring to in her site. A hint: they are not Jews.
51 - Ruvy
Shavua Tov,
Looking again at the war in Gaza just briefly, it is time to rub Christopher Rose's nose in his own foolishness concerning predictions. On 24 June, I warned him that the truce keeping Olmert in office might be collapsing. The "truce" in June (it was never really a truce at all, but that is what the stupid shits in the media called it) lasted till December - then Hamas decided to go to war with Israel - and Israel decided to go to war back.
Chris responded that "I don't agree that war is the future for your region, although attitudes like yours do make it more likely."
It isn't attitudes like mine that shot all those Arab rockets at Israel in December, and I certainly did not decide to waste hundreds of bombs merely to kill a few hundred terrorists.
What a waste of good ordnance!
A better strategy would have been to blockade Gaza by sea, retake the Philadelphi Corridor (at the border with Egypt), cut off all food, medicine, water and electricity - and just sit and do nothing except kill Arabs who tried to escape the tightening noose. Starving the bastards to death and not risking one single Israeli soldier in the process is a far better strategy in my opinion.
Eventually, if the Arabs in Gaza have nothing to eat but cats and rats, and nothing to drink but sea water, they will either kill the terrorists who have brought this hell on them - or die.
Either solution is fine by me. The lesson to the Arabs - "war is hell" - will be clear. The knowledge that every Arab nation will have is that we are not afraid to make Arabs howl for mercy, just as Sherman made Georgia howl for mercy.
As for the rest of the world screaming genocide up and down - after all you did to save our people in WWII - nothing - we don't have to give a damn. You haven't got a leg to stand on for all of your screeching.
And even without such tactics as I propose, the enemies of the Jewish people screech like monkeys with pikes up their asses anyway.
52 - Dan(Miller)
Ruvy,
Here is an interesting attempt to explain why many "liberals" support Hamas, et al. I don't like the use of the word "liberal," but it does unfortunately seem to be the current usage.
Dan(Miller)
53 - Ruvy
Dan, I support Hamas. At least they are honest to Allah in wanting to murder us off. But, in order for me to live they need to die. However, as I've said elsewhere, not merely Hamas, the PLO, Jihad Islami, HizbAllah and all the rest of the terrorist shit need to die.
As for the twisted arguments of twisted fools, they are as valuable as pretzels - and just as twisted.
54 - Christopher Rose
Ruvy, I fail to see how events in Gaza have anything to do with your "prediction" or what I said, but please do keep sending your entertaining missives from the other side of the rabbit hole 'cos they make me laugh, despite the high proportion of hate fuelled insanity they contain - or is it because of that?
