Even if you entertain the fantasy that liberals in America would treat with radical Islamists, the Islamists would never tolerate the liberals. Ryland, it's not intentional. I hope that wasn't what the article was trying to say. The leftists who are involved in this are just incredibly naive. They are constitutionally incapable of understanding the evil that has pervaded fundamentalist Islam. I'm again reminded of the African folk parable which is so appropriate. An old woman sees a poisonous snake on the road whose tail has been run over. Nobody calls that "A Christian call for genocide" because the vast majority of Christians want nothing to do with racial hatemongers. Only a corruption of Christianity could be used to justify genocide, and everyone knows this.

Well since we are so naive it is clear that the only way to resolve this is to nuke all the nations of Islam, because they are just crazy hell bent evil -doers all of them, led by vicious evil -doer religious fanatics. The problem my friend is that it is you who are naive. There is enough blame to go around for Israel, the US and the Islamic communtiy. I have texts in my home dated from 1885 where America is taliking about wiping out the Islamic world, none of this is new to either side. Our fundamentalists in the US are just as dangerous as those in Islam. I can not for the life of me understand why it is so hard for the right wing to grasp that Americas policies have fanned the flames of an already out of control raging inferno. Why is it so hard for you to understand that the rest of the world Islam and not, has no desire to be homogenized into a decadent and perverted system as ours. That every time Hillary or Laura spout their womens rights they are instigating the problem even more. Who in their right mind wants to be spoonfed murder and mayhem as a form of entertainment, have a country with rampant pedophiles and predators, live in a place where 50,000 woman dissappear ever year and even more children.To live in place that is supposed to be advanced yet we have more murders than virtually anyplace in the world. To have a country where 1 out of every 200 people are in jail and 1 out of evry 32 will at one point spend time in jail, stripping is a legitimate job. My friend if you have even a tad of religion in your make-up this is all pretty revolting. Islamic people by their nature are 10 times more religious than say an average neo-con. Lastly it is not just Islam that has had enough of the US policies, the rest of the world is pretty fed up as well. We can not justify using up 60% of the worlds resources when we only represent such a small percentage of the worlds population. If we want to resolve this the way to do it is to start a major campaign to cut the Saudis out of our reality, cut our need for their oil and let them flap in the wind. we are in Iraq and involved in this because we , America have turned the Saudi Princes into the same decadent and perverted ways of the west. That in turn caused Bin Ladin and the Mullahs to rebel against the royals because they have become westernized under their little white robes. we are invoved in all this to protect the Saudis and save their asses from Bin ladin and the other 80% of their country that support him, we my friend are doing the Saudis dirty work. One last little note, we fought a viscious war against Viet Nam in the 60s, no one would of thought 40 years ago that we would be friendly with them in the future, but the reality is we have very good relations with them now, same with Khadafi. So it looks bleak now it may be painful and seem there is no light but I believe like Viet Nam a day will come when we will embrace Islam as well, and if we just let them evolve at their own pace they will come around. Our mistake is simply to think that they want a capitalist sytem, nonsense our system may seem sweet to us, but it is not for everyone.
