Al Gore "cumming" like a hurricane! I guess he learned alot from his mentor "The Great Stain Maker" "William Jefferson" (not the one with 80K of freezer burn) Clinton

Arch Conservative: JR stands for majority of American people. If you are a conservative in tradional sense, then serve this nation's military and take an oath to protect the constitution from all enemies -- foreign and domestic. If you can't do that -- then don't ever talk about Al Gore. He is a patriot. He loves this nation, and all his life he has served this nation. He continues to fight for the American people despite having kinves in his back stabbed by the neocons. God Bless Al Gore. God Bless America.

Typical conservatives ... the military ... and they run away with their tails under legs.

Have a wonderful memorial day. Make sure to salute the flag. Good bye!

Hey Arch....I think JO is much worse than that..his url looks like he is either infactuated, stalking or sleeping with Algore!!!

His website is a grassroots political site trying to get Al Gore reelected in 2008. It's a political site. Based on your description, I was expecting some misguided fan site, but it actually appears to be pretty straightforward.

Re. #28. I just checked out JR's site. Scary, but I suspect there are worse things than being an Al Gore fanboy. Swallowing all of Gore's bunkum about the environment without a smidgen of critical thought is a bit much, though.

I read on Drudge that when his film opened in Cannes that gore and his entourage drove 500 yds just to open doors and walk the red carpet...I'd have to agree with arch on the over-inflated ego thing...but I bet they were hybrid vehicles...

...and there's something about the inflection in his voice that drives me up a wall! The dems put him on the ticket it will make my choice that much easier.

good read Eric...and seconds on what Duke said.

Great article! Figures that far righties like Arch "the Asshole" would continue the lame "Sore Loser" nonsense from 6 years ago.

Doesn't it embarrass you, Arch, that your idol "W" says it's damn unlikely that he'll see Gore's movie? God forbid he educate himself--but then, why start now?

  • 39 - Andy Marsh

    May 26, 2006 at 7:22 pm

come on now JP...you can't expect the winner to take lessons from the loser...no matter what!

Are you gonna waste $8 to go see this movie?

  • 40 - Eric Berlin

    May 26, 2006 at 7:29 pm

    Thanks Andy and JP!

I agree, JP, that it's flat-out embarrassing for the president of the United States to dismiss "An Inconvenient Truth" as though it were a propaganda film. It's up there with Bush's statement that he doesn't read the news, letting his inner circle filter it for him.

    Al Gore: "I will."

Gore? Come on! You can't be serious.

There's enough said on the comments to convince you that the blow hard is nothing but an opportunist. Remember Tipper and Al's campaign to apply a rating system to recordings?

Zappa even weighed in on that one....

From Religious nut, to Clinton ass-kisser, to philosophying Einstien's better half? Gimme a break

Move along.... there has GOT to be a better promise somewhere within the ranks.

Let's leave the Southern Preacher clone out to pasture where he belongs.

    Thank you and good day!

There are lots of places in Europe where you would fit in just perfect. Many countries have legalized gay marriages and drugs just for you sick faggot fucks. So get the fuck out of here.

I think Gore would be well suited to run our country, he helped clinton back when america was still a bustling country. Im sure hes experienced.

I dont listen to anyone who cant even spell one of the worlds most amazing scientist names correctly,
    its Einstein not Einstien.

Didn't Al Gore invent the universe and all the rules of space, time, physics, and chemistry?

Maybe that's why he knows so much about global warming and we mere mortals do not.

  • 62 - Arch Conservative

    May 27, 2006 at 3:27 pm

Idiot writes "I think Gore would be well suited to run our country, he helped clinton back when america was still a bustling country. Im sure hes experienced."

Yeah Al Gore helped but a little thing called the internet/.com boom driven by the private sector helped a whole hell of a lot more dumbass.

Al Gore is a fucking Putz....even Bill Clinton knows that!

  • 63 - Eric Berlin

    May 27, 2006 at 3:56 pm

I would posit, Arch, that your argument is self-defeating as your tone insists that YOU have all the answers, whereas the "dumbasses" (and such) do not.

  • 64 - Joey

    May 27, 2006 at 5:17 pm

Eric, comments notwithstanding.... I've been around long enough and have quite an understanding of my own concerning Gore.... but the comments display one thing... Gore has alienated many, and left many others in doubt.

I doubt him. I doubted him and Tipper, I doubted him during his boot licking Vice Presidency, I doubted him when Klintoon came clean, and Gore... didnt' hand in his resignation.

Had Gore told Clinton where to stuff it... at the time of Billy Bob's moment of confession... he would have shown himself a bigger man and, IMHO, would have won the election hands down.

But he didn't... call him the party man, loyal.... what ever. There comes a time when you have to call the hand and strike out on your own, for your own dignity's sake... and he failed to take that step. Why? Why? I still can't figure it out. No, he stayed, and cajoled, and tried to sound sincere, but caste himself as a backpocket politician; to Clinton no less!

Then.... he gets utterly pissed off at losing the election. He lost the damn thing before he even started running. It's not rocket science to see that. I saw it when Clinton came clean... and I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed. I have some principles/guidelines which I keep. And they're pretty straight forward. One of them, an old Franklin, states: he who lays down with dogs, rises up with fleas.... and Gore laid down with Clinton... and rose up with a hide full. It's really elementary.

My advise... lose this cat, or lose the election. Hillary would stand a better chance... or Warner even... Everybody loves a winner... and Gore is a loser. And if he runs again, he will lose again. It's that simple, or that difficult, depending on how free thinking you are.

    "Conclusion:
Al Gore will be the only man having beaten all 3 Bushes"

That's called beating around the Bush.... Do we have to go through this crap all over again.

He's not sitting in the White House. The votes have been counted, recounted, recounted by dems, liberal newspapers etc.... he lost... by a squeak. But he friggin' lost. He (and you) have got to get over that... and start planning the next move... not lamenting, wearing sackcloth, and throwing ashes on your heads. He needs to move forward... but he doesn't? Scrap him, he is a large mill stone tied around your neck and your are weighed down with this LOSER.

If you want to win... PICK A WINNER.... NOT A WHINER. No wait.... PICK A WINNER.... NOT A WEINER.

    or

PICK A WINNER.... PICK WARNER. There, I'm going into media relations.

GORE is not making it. Give it up. Put him back on the preacher circuit... let him preach. But don't put him on the ticket... or he'll lose.

    Joey -- political chessmaster.

    Archie:

I'm fedup with you and your ilk constantly giving Al Gore credit for inventing the internet. it's not true. I invented the internet. In 1959 when I hooked up two computers on opposite coasts with homebrew modulator/demodulators to send signals over the telephone wires in the 2000-3000 cps voice band. Yeah, that's right: "cps", cycles per second. That yutt Hertz hadn't even been born yet. Made those circuits using 6L6 vacuum tubes because they had longer MTBF than those newfangled transistors. Wider gain-bandwidth, too. And the circuits threw off gratifying waves of heat when they were running.

First thing I did was have the secretary type (on a mod 30 TTY) in the old blue-ink mimeographed ARPA indices to grad school research papers, thus creating the very first 'index.html'.

It's all true. You can look it up.

My daughter said to me today "why the hell is Al Gore invading MySpace". Apparently his presence there has become intrusive and irritating for some of the more traditional empty headed teenage users of the service.

    Dave

  • 72 - Eric Berlin

    May 27, 2006 at 7:19 pm

I'm not sure if any single entity can invade an online space that has 60+ million registered users! But your daughter's question is interesting -- there are those that are seeing myspace's popularity at its peak and think that it will soon be akin to "last year's popular nightclub" (credit to Mathew Ingram and a few others on that anaology).

Jagermann#57, Are you reading the same comments Im reading. Most of the comments are not pro Gore.Im more of a conservative then Arch.

C--- S------ get the hell out of America. Sick f----- f----. Nice, real nice Jagermann. OK MISTER CHRIS ROSE. Maybe a little editing would be the order of the day.

Gore is a total fool. Ya I know he did the Hildabeast several times but what the hey.

Now we have #60, Buffalo Wing's or Sky King Wing or what ever. Wing says he wont listen to anyone who cant spell the name of the worlds most amazing scientist names. Just curious Wing. Why did you comment? O Ya, forgot. You read only.
You said Einstein not Einstien. Did you mean Dianne Feinstein, Albert Einstein or Frankenstein with his asisstant Al internet Egor who also invented a bustling country under the leadershit of Wild Bill? So Mr. Wing, what in your mind constitutes a bustling country? This is economics and not what your views want. Freck spell check for me since you only hear and dont read foolish comments from me.

Bliffle#70. Yes I know you invented the internet. Heard it on the Oprah Winfrey show. Or was it Dr. Phil/Pill/Dill or whatever. Thanks for the monster you created dude. How can you sleep at night?

    May 27, 2006 at 11:23 pm

Yo, Wingnut... I can type faster than you can think... trouble is.... I misspell occasionally when I do it. Don't hold it against me. Sorry.
If this site had a spell check it would be great... but it doesn't.... and sometimes I am just too lazy to open up word, type a response, spell check it, cut and paste... git my drift?

Git over it. I've read more books about Einstein than you can imagine. I actually understand his theories, but it takes time and good texts to do so. I also understand the math behind most of his stuff. And the flaws related to some of his stuff. And... I'm keeping the language at a level you can understand.

    bye....
