Vince Neil Doesn't Like Producers

Vince Neil allegedly punches producer he has never met before:

Motley Crue's lead singer Vince Neil has pleaded innocent to a misdemeanor battery charge for allegedly attacking a record producer outside the famed Rainbow Room nightclub in West Hollywood.

Neil, whose full name is Vincent Neil Wharton, was not required to be present at Friday's hearing in Beverly Hills Superior Court. His lawyer, Sara Kaplan, entered the plea on his behalf. A pretrial hearing was set for Nov. 19.

The charge stems from an altercation between Neil and producer Michael Schuman in the nightclub's parking lot on April 28.

Schuman's attorney, Trent Copeland, said Neil approached his client in the nightclub's parking lot and "slugged him several times in the face" although the two had never met.

"Based on what my client told me, this is unprovoked," Copeland said.

Schuman, who has collaborated with artists such as the Jacksons, Little Richard, Pat Boone and Stevie Wonder, suffered a fractured elbow after falling to the ground in the scuffle.

Maybe Neil didn't like his work with Pat Boone.

I don't like producers either. I do not like Michael Moore. I would pay millions to have 5 minutes alone with fat fruit.

Vince ought to be more concerned with his singing. He has sounded terrible and out of shape every time I have seen them on TV to promote this little reunion of theirs.

perhaps he should have had plastic surgery on his vocal cords as well

Lol, Vince Neil, sounding crap? Never? Wait he is always sounds horrid and sings off key. Neil, especially since the tragic death of his child Skyler, has been in and out of legal trouble. After all, the stupid idiot killed Razzle from Hanoi Rocks while completely off his head.

Yes, he has, and of course, Hanoi Rocks was not keen to see the da Crue called their recent collection "Music to Crash Your Car To".

Dr. Dre is the best MUSIC Producer.

Anthony: that might be true if you only think hip-hop counts as music. His production history is a wee bit limited methinks.

I agree Andrew: if you are really going to try o pick the "best" producer, I would think you would have to look at the widest scope ofmusic in general and see who has had the most infulence, success, impact overall. Someone like John Hammond might be more appropriate

Although rumours are circulating that Dr. Dre will be doing some producing for Live's next album.

Well as far as influence in two genres goes, Mutt Lange would be up there as well.

One could argue that the recordings Lange produced for Def Leppard and Shania Twain are essentially the same genre. Particularly when you hear where each act started out.
