Cher had urged her fans to get into the Halloween spirit (which they were - those costumes were incredible!), and was, of course, sporting a fabulous Bob Mackie creation especially for Halloween. It was draped in beads and had a spider over her left breast. Don't get me started on the 8 costume changes. If you've seen the show on TV, you know what I'm talking about. It's a terrific show, so if you didn't get a chance to see it live, I highly recommend renting the Emmy-winning small screen version, which is just about as good as it was live. It even has a performance of "Jesse James" that she didn't perform last night.
Like a schmuck, I was a good, honest citizen and checked my camera, so I don't have any pictures to show you, but I did manage to score a bunch of rare "Cher Dollars" bills. I just checked eBay and people are willing to pay $15 a piece. I gave a few away because I didn't want to be greedy with my memorablia good fortune. Too bad I couldn't use them to buy an outrageously overpriced concert t-shirt (I probably wouldn't ever wear).
All in all, a terrific show, a fabulous Halloween, and a complete evening!
Happy All Souls Day (in case you didn't know what Halloween was for).

Cher is cool so long as you view her through the warm cogacy afterglow of the late 70s; then that glorious "half breed" is queen of disco forever.

I need a Cher costume, preferably one that resembles any from the do you believe? or the farewell tour for Halloween 2005.
