Stone Sour to record
The side project of Slipknot members Jim Root and Corey Taylor will he heading out to LA to record a new CD. The band plan on recording eighteen tracks. They hope to have the record out sometime this summer and are planning on touring in support of it.
White Stripes to be on the Simpsons
The White Stripes will be lending their voices to an episode of the Simpsons. The episode will air next fall and is entitled “Jazzy and the Pussycats.” The White Stripes are currently set to tour in New Zealand and Australia.
Bob Rock to produce the next Lostprophets CD
The Lostprophets have spent the last three months in Maui working on the follow-up to Start Something. They have recorded thirteen tracks which should be out in July. This is their third studio album. Bob Rock has produced Metallica and Mötley Crüe.
