*Creede Williams’ Perspective:
I like to say that I wrote the songs on the record for people who really like to listen. The album was written within the context of a road trip-reliable mile-markers contrasted with inconsistent maps and landscapes. Maybe it's an attempted metaphor for the growth, development and evolution of someone defining what is real versus what just feels like it. My goal is to write songs that might actually fit in on that road trip mix tape of my dreams, yet wear well from an ottoman. Music appreciation, for me at least, is born in the car and learns to walk in the den.
