  I believe that this song, as well as the sex-savy youth that chants its' oh soooo catchy lyrics concerning a ladies breasts and ass, will be the final blow to anything meaningful or moral in the world today. I think that the difference in the fanbase for this song is age, Young "hoes" like it, older "ladies" don't really care for it (unless they are club hoes) and I could not even imagine what a feminist would think. Probably some shit like "it empowers women and gives them the freedom to be total whores for material goods". Well, good for you ladies, go on and shake them humps, I allready gots me a chik to spoil and she doesn't even have to remind me that she has "humps". Fuck this song and everyone that plays it on there shitty factory radios in their kias, when i hear it i do the cornhusk shuffle really obviously and right in their faces to let them know what I think about this booty corny ass song. ahump ahump ahump.

  The first time I heard this song, I was not so offended.
  I assumed it was some unknown black girl who realized she would never get on the radio unless she made a disgusting song that caught people's attention (Milkshake, anyone?). And then I found out that it was the Black Eyed Peas.
  At any rate, I must admit that this might be the most entertaining song to make fun of. I don't think that I will ever tire of singing in that out of breath voice.

  after a little more research i figured out why this song sucks so bad, apparently there is a WHITE GIRL trying to RAP in it! I know that i just posted but it was under the impression that fergee was, like, not white, but something else. I have a simple solution for fergee, gwen steponmee and all the little white bitches that loooove their "music". Take all of those ignorant hoes to a real geto with black folks that hustle just because they can and chicks that might whoop a dudes ass and see how "lady"like they get treated, I am willing to bet that there won't be much time or money spent on them unless it's to catch an assault or rape charge.   "Baby Got Back" is written from a man's perspective, and objectifies women as "the other." "My Humps" is written from a woman's perspective, and I'm not sure if that makes it slightly more disturbing, or slightly less. I think more.

  To be honest, when I hear this song, it makes me want to punch someone or something. My only option is to flee the scene. However, this song is EVERYWHERE. Hence my original, and compounding, frustration.

  The song is SUPPOSED to be stupid and juvenile and offensive, and frustratingly catchy... that's how to sell units to the target audience, the one's spending the most money on "music" these days: middle-school and high-school aged kids. Why else would 30-something-year-old Gwen be singing about schoolyard fights? Is that really a part of her life?
  
  And let's face it, most of these kids don't have a lot of sense (just glance at the comments from the fans of the song here), they just love the beat and they love that the song offends older people.
  
  So all of you who think this is a career ending move for either Gwen or Fergie, think again. It used to be the Music Business. These days it's just business. BEP is laughing all the way to the bank.

  By the way, what's with all the apologists for the CIA? The KKK is just sick and wrong, but the CIA is responsible for FAR more death in the world than the KKK.   I like this single purely because of how simplistic, amusing, and catchy it is.

  extremely bad. i wasn't a fan of BEP before they came out, but i didn't think they were that ridiculous.. however after this song, the world would be truly better off without them. anybody who thinks otherwise shouldn't ever have a say on what goes on in our world. they won't last. as people have said, their songs are hits for a short times, simply because they aren't good songs and can't even attract the most simplest of minds who are generally the voters for music countdowns.
