The Scots invented Funk. James Brown, George Clinton, Jesse Rae, all good Scots. With a hard working kilt, a set of pipes, and a groove that just won't stop. Scotland is the Funk.
But probably the greatest Scots funkster is Jesse Rae. Not that I'm going to argue with a guy with a claymore, a kilt and kilted dancers.
