A source close to the band Mushroomhead has informed PITRIFF.com that J. Mann has left the band. No reason for his departure from the band was given. Mushroomhead recently toured with the Insane Clown Posse in the wake of being released by their record company, Universal Records, where they released two underachieving albums, XX and XIII. Mann's record company, Fractured Transmitter Records, recently released the latest from Meshuggah, an EP entitled I. No official release regarding this information has been issued to the press by the band.

What? No.. It can't be. This really sucks if its true. Mushroomhad will never be the same without him. J mann is one of the best vocalists ever and put together with Jeffery Nothing they are some of the best metal vocalists ever.

If it wasnt for J mann I would still be in2 crap like slipknot and mudvayne. J mann influenced me so much such as vocal wise and music taste wise. if it wasnt for him i probably wouldnt have gotten into good death metal you know. theres 2 groups of people 2 point the finger at in blame on this one (1) SLIPKNOT if it wasnt for them ripping off mhead they would have had a better chance and more people would of listened to them instead of looking at them casting them away as knot wannabes but then again in most honest likeliness if it wasnt for knot ripping them off they wouldnt of made it no where.(2)Universal Records maybe just maybe if you f**kers would have put a bit of more effort in promoting them he would still be here. Like f**k c'mon 2 videos thats it its rediculous for solitaire unravelling and sun doesnt rise which in total I saw aired 5 times for both videos . XX and Xiii contained amazing songs which could of been hits such as before I die, Bwomp, Becoming Cold (216) and crazy all amazing hit worthy tracks. Well i look like a loser typing all this stuff when no one else typed anything really but what can i say J MANN is the man its even in his name for christ sakes. That guy can hold a f**king scream, he has amazing flow he can rap amazing, whisper amazing that guy can do anything plus his vox(vocals) are the #1 sex vocals out there . Straight up im not going to buy sh*t from mhead from this point on.well except their supposed "dvd" coming soon but if they take all the j mann outor blurr the guy ill be pissed. One last thing before i peace it for the person above saying mhead is strong they will pull through and get an even better vocalist ... lol unless Mushroomhead get the Lead Singer of Dying Fetus to replace him they are f***ed

Mushroomhead is fucked without J MANN. As great a band as they are, they are fucked and foolish to let him go. Lets just hope they all work out any differnces they may have. Mushroomhead can still rock without Jason but they just won't be the same.

I'm from Mushroomheads hometown, (the suburbs of Cleveland!!) I saw J-manns replacement for the first time back in October during MRH's Halloween show... He was desent, but no J-mann, thats for sure. I saw him again in December I beleive it was.. and it was amazing to see how much he improved from like.. just a month or so before! He's good... But J-mann will be missed by all. I had a chance to talk to him.. and he's real nice...He was talking about how he respects Jason alot(they talk..he made it sound like they are friends), and how he is really glad MRH picked him for the replacement. I think he's a pretty cool guy... MRH will live on always. "NEVER LET IT GO!"

I just must say that "Benis" is propably the best basist to be in the band even tho he came to replace the bands original basist "Mr.Murdernickle"! .. and also "Gravy" came to replace the one of the original guitarists "Dinner".. so tell me why "J Mann" couldn´t be replaced..? even tho that the information of "J"`s quitting was shocking I believe they´ll "never let it go" ..J Mann really is THE Best vocalist to exist!!
