Stones to play Super Bowl. The NFL announced that The Rolling Stones would be playing at the Half-Time show at February 5th Super Bowl XL. The Stones also announced they will be boring Europe in 2006.

SEC proposes “e-proxy” postings The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has put forth a proposal that would allow Corporations to post proxy statements online instead of mailing them out. They have decided to put the plan out for a 60-day public comment period before having a final vote.

System of a Down top charts again. System of a Down’s Hypnotize has topped Billboard’s charts with its first week of sales making it their second #1 album this year. Their CD Mesmerize hit #1 earlier this year.
