Roadrunner’s 25th anniversary concert. In celebration of their anniversary Roadrunner are holding an All-star concert in the Nokia Theater in New York on December 15th. The show will feature a ‘house band’ consisting of members of Machine Head, Slip Knot and a few others. They will be joined on stage by current and former Roadrunner artists.
Emancipation of Mimi reissued. On November 15th, The Emancipation of Mimi: Platinum Edition will be reissued as a CD with four bonus tracks and a limited edition DVD.
Mobile phones banned at Queensland Prison. The ban was put in place after a convicted murderer plotted an escape over a mobile phone. The ban includes staff and visitors to the prison. Intelligence retrieved SMS messages from a phone with details of the escape attempt that they then prevented.
