Let's get ready to rumble! Here's a rundown of some of the latest news, music, and events that I have stumbled across this week. Enjoy!
Word On The Street
One of the more lively Democratic candidates, Mike Gravel is a very interesting man to listen to and watch. He has a long way to go to catch up with Dem favs Obama and Clinton, but he has come out with some incredible sound bites ("And I gotta tell ya, after standing up with them, some of these people frighten me!") and is getting a lot of attention. We'll see if it all helps him in the race. Check out the videos below for more on the outspoken Former Senator from Alaska.

J Records new artist Emily King is gearing up for her debut album East Side Stories, set to drop on June 12th. Her lead single "Walk In My Shoes" (WMP, Real and QT) is a nice introduction to the Lower East Side songstress. Stay tuned for a full review of the Chucky Thompson produced, R&B/Soul artist here at RRG, but until then have a listen to "Walk IN My Shoes", "U and I" (WMP, Real and QT) and visit her MySpace page and say hello. Oh yeah, make sure you check her YouTube video in response to the whole Imus incident as well.
KRS One On Hannity Show
The teacher goes a few rounds on the Hannity Show, defending some of his statements regarding 9/11 and police shootings. A classic example of why KRS-One is one of the more outspoken voices of Hip-Hop.
