The Counting Crows latest album, Hard Candy, is really nice!
You know, I've never thought their songs were technically excellent. The musicianship of the band has never been their strong point. I always thought their lyrics were the best part. Very evocative.
With Hard Candy, I'm paying some attention to the music again. It's not that Duritz suddenly turned into Liberace, but I really like the piano music.
