Last Tuesday witnessed the arrest of hiphop's Master P for carrying six
hollow tip bullets.
In line with legal requirements, the MC had told security that he was
carrying a legal, unloaded firearm on his way to LA, but during an
inspection security found the bullets in a separate clip.
P is now in custody and could face up to 18 months in prison if he is found
guilty.

Well as for Master P carrying or as they say "packing" I can understand why, but that doesn't mean they don't have to follow the same laws as the rest of us. If one of us was caught we would be sentenced and put away but because he is famous and has a ton of money he will get off just like the rest of the superstars. What does that show our children anyways? That its ok to carry a weapon? No I don't think so!!!

Umm, Roxanne? You must not have been following stories coming from the world of rap much, because money or no, Master P will likely do time, just like many other rappers and rap management people have.
Also, the weapon itself wasn't a problem at all. Apparently it's illegal to own hollow-point bullets wherever Master P was. I didn't know that. Did you know that?
I know guns get people upset, but this is pretty straightforward, and could happen to almost anybody.
