Mixman has teamed up with the Producers of "LADJ: The Movie", Karmaloop, Remix Magazine, DJ.net and Nvidia to bring you this massive contest. Grand Prize Winner gets their winning Remix on the actual Soundtrack of the Movie!
Here's How it Works:
1) Download the Contest Tracks below, and Mixman Software if you don't already own a version.
2) Make your best Remix
3) Submit your Remix to the LADJ Contest Channel on Mixman Radio
4) Use Valid E-mail at all times, this is how we will contact winners, and give special offer notifications to participants. Read Carefully, the Full Explanation of the Contest Below, The list of prizes awarded and the official Contest Rules.

Description:
The Producers of "LADJ The Movie" have chosen 32 Tracks from the Mixman Library — The Contest Trak-Pak. Use any version of Mixman to create your Remix. When finished, Export to RealAudio G2 format, and submit your Remix to Mixman Radio. Make sure you enter on the "LADJ The Movie Contest Channel".
Submissions will be received through December 17th. The panel of judges will review all submissions to the Contest Channel. There will be 1 Grandprize Winner, 2 Runner Ups and 3 Honorable Mentions. YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR VALID E-MAIL WITH YOUR REMIX, because this is how we will contact all winners.

I can barely beatmix from my college after-hours party days, but the best thing about dance music is all the great re-mixes and production work people do.

Yes, I ran one of the larger club and mobile DJ companies in SoCal in the '80s, DJ'd clubs in the '90s, and am now in semi-retirement, although I am sure I return again to radio at some point, which is a different kind of DJing.
I am also half of Elliptical, for what that's worth.
