Cramming broken glass into your ear canals can be done right if itβs coming from a band like Minsitry. Cold, synthetic drum loops go over like a punch to the kidneys. The guitars are dry and lifeless, as barren of pop sensibilities as you could expect from Al Jourgenson and company. The whole collection comes off like a 50 gallon drum on fire, like dirt under your fingernails, like brushing your teeth with hair gel β since itβs Ministry it works and comes off quite well.
