Microsoft leaked plans to release eight different versions of the Windows Vista operating system on an underdevelopment company web page. The page was designed to test Windows Vista help and has been taken down. Microsoft have said that more details on the software, which they hope will be available in the latter half of 2006, will be available in the coming weeks.
NBC has become the first network to premiere a show on iTunes before its first televised broadcast. The show is a legal drama called “Conviction” and will be available until the show’s network debut on March 3rd. After that time, each episode of the show will be available for purchase from iTunes the day after it airs.
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs have announced Spring tour dates. The tour will cover the US, Canada and the UK kicking off in New Jersey on February 23rd. The tour will include shows at both Coachella and All Tomorrow’s Parties. Their sophomore album, Show Your Bones is due out on March 28th.
