Microsoft faces fines. The European Commission is says it is considering Microsoft daily for not complying with an anti-trust ruling a year after the court decision. Microsoft has until January 25th to show it has been in compliance.
Flaming Lips give record release date. The Follow-up to Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots will be out on April 4th. The record entitled At War in the Mystics will be out on Warner Bros. The track listing has not been released except for the single, “The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song.”
