More Jacksonian Fallout
With my finger to the wind, I'd say this time around the public is leaning against innocent until proven guilty, which though it may be unfair regarding these particular charges, is a result of the last 15 years of serious...

Re: Hidden world of troubled genius - Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson is a child star victim of the entertainment industry. He didn't feel the world would accept him as he was, so he had to change himself and go psycho.
I am looking at Michael Jackson from a compasionate viewpoint. Face it, he was a child star who survived longest then them all. It clearly made him ill and he should have retired back in 1989. He started performing at 4? He has been in the business too long.
I think there should be an unwritten rule that child stars should retire after they obtain their financial objectives and personal goals instead of needlessly exposing them to societal elements that ultimately destroy them.
I don't believe Michael Jackson is guilty of this latest crime accusation. Just look at the details of the case to see what I'm saying. The mother has been known to train her childrn to lie in court.

I'm all for giving Michael his day in court but I think it's more than a bit problematic that Michael has sort of been playing Willy Wonka at his Neverland ranch.
If most people were in his position they'd never, never, never be anywhere alone with children nor especially inviting them into his very own bed in any way, shape or form.
Michael, however, doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with this situation.
He admitted on TV to a worldwide audience in his own words that he had children in his bed that weren't his own. That's just not right or normal at all. I was repulsed and disturbed when he made those statements.
Forget the allegations for a moment and analyze what he has admitted in his own words to doing -- that isn't open for debate or discussion. Where there's smoke there's usually fire.
His own kids, maybe he could let them sleep with him (in a non sexual way of course), but other kids is just weird and wrong, no matter what the context.
Buying off the allegedly manipulative crack mother is the least of Michael's concerns I think because even if he buys off the mother, they can still force the kid to testify, which they couldn't do back in the 90's when this reared its head before.
Jackson is in big trouble this time and $$ are not so easily going to make this go away.

I would say his relationship with children amounts to an obsession and is unhealthy for all involved on several different levels.
