Being from Jerusalem is about the only original thing going for this band. The CD isn't much better. The packaging gives the impression of some somber, electronic music but it should really have a cartoon character on the front soaked in primary colors and maybe some checkered patterns. What you'll hear is plenty of cut-and-paste pop-punk. The same old pick slides, the tired "this song starts with just the vocals and guitars" intros, the repetitive song structures. The exhaustive list of traditional pop-punk tricks is used here, from beginning to end.
"A sinister cabal of superior writers."

Grade a band on talent and songwriting(lyrics) not style. www.man-alive.com www.thepoweragency.com

If you have talent and yet do nothing new is it worth putting out? Especially when you can just buy another album by another band that sounds the same. Originality has it's place in reviews.

everybody is intitled to there opinion. even though i'm a member of the band, i'm not even slightly offended. on the other hand, there is definately a lack of proffessional input in the reveiw. i'm sure it's fun to bash bands, cause it requires no special talent, or even effort. i think that if seth had listened to the record more than once, he might feel differently. just ask other zines that reveiwed the record.

I listened to the record more than once...it still sucked.
