Madonna Loses Belgian Plagiarism Suit and The Daily Music and Tech News

Madonna sued in Belgian Court. Salvatore Acquaviva has sued Madonna for allegedly plagiarizing one of his songs and has won his court battle. The suit stated that Madonna had plagiarized one of Acquaviva’s songs for her single “Frozen.” It is unclear as to what he has been rewarded but Belgian music stores have been ordered to remove the record from their shelves.

iTunes security flaw. A warning was issued that a flaw in some versions of their iTunes software have a flaw that could allow attackers to remotely take over the user’s computer. The flaw runs on all operating systems. The warning was issued by eEye Digital Security.

The Cure are studio bound. The Cure will be headed to the studio in January to work on their 14th studio album. The project is still untitled but it is hoped it will be a summer release.

    It boggles the mind that Madonna stole anything from anybody to make that crappy album.
