Apple has unveiled its new MacBook Pros which feature the new LED-backlit screens, larger memory, and new graphics cards. The 15-inch MacBook Pros are the first model to use the LED-backlit screens, which are more environmentally friendly. The screens are more energy efficient, have a longer life span and they do not contain mercury.
The Rolling Stones stop traffic
The Rolling Stones kicked off their European tour in Belgium with a traffic jam. Fans coming to the concert caused a backlog of traffic 30 miles long in the city of Werchter. The situation was also made worse by a traffic accident. Some fans waited for hours in order to get into the show. The Rolling Stones tour will feature around 30 performances, including the band's first in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Smashing Pumpkins play secret show
The Smashing Pumpkins played a secret show in Berlin on Tuesday. The show was attended by 200 fans and was acoustic. The band performed a two-hour set followed by a Q&A session with the crowd with the band's two original members. The set included new material as well as more classic Smashing Pumpkins tracks.
