CMU reports:
Courtney Love's court hearing on those misdemeanour drugs charges was postponed on Friday so that Love's lawyers can review the case. Deputy City Attorney Matthew Schonbrun, prosecuting, did not contest the request so the Judge rescheduled the hearing for October 31. As reported last week, the arrest for being under the influence of drugs followed an incident outside a neighbours house during which Love smashed some windows. The singer was later hospitalised after a reported overdose. No word from Love's people on the various incidents, though Courtney was not in court herself on Friday.
