Courtney Love has been officially charged over that drug possession incident earlier this month. She was charged at the LA County district attorney's office on two counts of possession of the painkillers hydrocodone and oxycodone, and freed on $20,000 bail. There's a chance Love could face a custodial sentence when the charges go to court, which won't help her attempts to win back the custody of daughter Frances Bean, who has was taken off Love and left with grandmother Wendy O'Connor following the initial arrest.

Wasn't Oxycodone what Jack Osbourne was recently hooked on? And until she gets her shit together she shouldn't be given custody back.

The pinnacle of lameness. I hope Frances didn't have to be pulled from school to live with the grandmother. Where does she live? It would be a shame to interrupt her education for this.
