Damn, that's cold--tagging a newspost about the death of Little Milton with a Coldplay album cover.

"We're Gonna Make It" was one of the finest songs ever. Respect.

I still kick myself for missing the opportunity to see Little Milton play when he headlined the WC Handy Festival in Florence, AL.

His cover of "I Can't Quit You Baby" rivaled the great Otis Rush's version. Little Milton was huge. This is really sad.

I saw little Milton play a beautiful set at the Long Beach Blues Festival many years ago. He was one of the greats, I think. Really underrated.

I will miss my uncle. He and my dad (Pieman) were inseperable. Whenever he came to perform at Pieman's club, I would have to fry him some fish, make a pot of gumbo and always make a pan of cornbread. He loved my cornbread :) May his soul rest in peace.

I, Think we've lost the premier guitarist and singer that ever lived,in in the passing of little milton, I can remember back in the summer of 1960,1961,1962 and 1963 before I went into the army in 1964 All of kids had to get to Memphis to the Starlight Review to see Little Milton,Bobby Bland, Solomon Burke, Rufus Thomas, and all the groups So I'll say sleep on uncle milton you've earned it.

I thank God for giving me the pleasure of meeting and knowing Little Milton. I also had the opportunity to travel with one of his band members whle preforming with him. Man that was a venture.Mr Campbell was a man of talent and class and had the most eye catching outfits that any musician in the music field. I{ will always have fond memories, especially when he came to the Village Club in Lexington, Mississippi. What at!What a time! May your soul rest in PEACE
