With his latest CD, Let it Loose, Kenny 'Blues Boss' Wayne has once again unleashed his talent for appreciative listeners to hear. Using nothing except his ten fingers on two hands, Wayne sits down at the piano and makes it dance.
"Blackberry Wine" takes listeners back to an era where times were just a little bit easier. People would congregate on the back porch and have long conversations about everything and nothing. On a warm summer's day, wine would be available to anyone who wished to partake.
On the other hand, "Let me Go Home Whiskey" suggests that the liquor in question is being used to take Wayne out of himself. Life has become more difficult, and a tall glass of whisky is a balm for frazzled nerves.
"I Never Will Forgive You" relives a former hurt from an old girlfriend. As he remembers what went wrong, all that matters is her betrayal. While Wayne plucks out each note, he sings that his heart will always be hardened.
