Late Drowning Pool Singer On 9/11

Drowning Pool singer Dave Williams, who died on August 14 of still undetermined causes, spoke out on the subject of 9/11 prior to his death:

"I think we should definitely think about the people that we lost and we should be very thankful that we're still here, and how lucky we are to be the United States of America; because we are, we're still biggest and coolest country, period; because we live like nobody else does," he said. "We have the freedom to do and say anything we want. And a lot of people don't like that and it scares 'em. But, we're still the best and we always will be. That's the way it's always going to be. No offense to anybody else, but America's the place where people dream about."

Williams added, "I'm glad that I'm born and raised in America. I wear it like a badge every day...But, yeah, reflect. Let's see what we can do to make sure that never happens again."

Makes a lot more sense than the blathering of idiots such as Munky Shaffer and David Draiman.
