CMU reports the odd situation of a bit of news about Michael Jackson that is entirely about his music.
...Sony will release Jacko's 'Ultimate Collection' on 15 Nov - a five disc set including four CDs plus a previously unreleased live concert DVD.
The material spans Jackson's career from 1969-2004. The 57 audio tracks include 36 chart hits, album tracks, 14 unreleased songs and rarities from the archive. The DVD is footage of Jackson's 1992 concert in Bucharest. There will also be a 64-page booklet with rare photography, personal memorabilia, chronological timeline, complete discography, a newly-commissioned liner note essay by Nelson George, and the case for the defence.
