Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and IBM unveil supercomputer. Thursday IBM announced that its new Blue Gene/L Tops computer was twice as fast as the record which was made when only half the machine had been installed. In addition, the lab also introduced another computer, ASC Purple which also appears to be a fast machine.
Possible beef between Dr. Dre and 50 Cent. In an interview with Tim Westwood of BBC Radio 50 Cent stated that he did not think Dre would be working with the Game on his new CD. 50 Cent then went on to say that if Dre does work with Game, there will be problems with Dre and 50.
Eminem to celebrate satellite station's birthday. Over the next few days Eminem is scheduled to make appearances on his Sirius Satellite station Shade 45. The station was launched last fall. Eminem will be appearing to talk about the station, his past and his work.
