That's the headline of MUTE's most interesting website which I stumbled on the other day. Most of what the site has to say is far too technical for me, but the outline is clear: it is possible to build a "virtual superstructure" on top of the Internet, thus avoiding a direct connection between downloader and uploader, and making computer identity tracing next to impossible.
