The Hard-Ons, besides having a dodgy name, are an Aussie punk band that have attracted the likes of Iggy Pop and Dave Grohl to their fan base. One has to wonder why, this 14 track affair is about as boring as it gets. All the songs on here sound the same, and offer nothing as a reward. Its punk by the numbers and could have been recorded by any number of Sex Pistol wannabes. I suspect these guys have their rep from their live performances. Alas, the CD does not show them in their best light. Loud and obnoxious but with little to back it up. The may have a hard name but this CD is all-in-all pretty limp.
