Grammys: Plenty of Mammys

Grammy gossip from the New York Daily News:

Has Janet Jackson taught us nothing? So many celebrity breasts were popping out at the Grammys that we wondered if they should be re-named the Mammys.

Christina Aguilera risked the wrath of CBS honchos by wearing a plunging satin halter gown. Though she managed to convince her bosoms to behave when she accepted her Best Female Pop Vocal trophy, one of them made a break for it when she slipped while returning to her seat.

Happily for CBS, the camera didn't capture her interpretation of Marcel Duchamp's "Nude Descending a Staircase." But, a witness says, "It was a very nice show."

Courtney Love, bashful as ever, gave photogs a peek at her global assets outside EMI's Grammy bash at the L.A. County Museum of Art. She boasted that her dress cost all of $32. She and Paris Hilton later collapsed into a pool of giggles on a sofa while Sting, Kylie Minogue, Beck, Norah Jones and Pharrell Williams worked the room.

Also at the EMI party was Sean Lennon, who seems to be well over Bijou Phillips. He never left the side of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's daughter Aimee.

Many and various were the plunging necklines, even sweet Sarah McLachlan in her tropical thingy.

And speaking of Xtina, if she is striving to make herself as ugly as possible, she is succeeding: between the new dark matted hair, the equally hideous his-and-hers outfits, and the emotive hand gestures during her florid singing of the repellent "Beautiful," and the faux-hood personality, she has willfully worked her way down the attractiveness scale to just above Linda Perry. But look out Linda!
