Eminem's alleged schoolyard tormentor DeAngelo Bailey's is seeking $1 million for the injury he claims to have sustained to his reputation when Eminem slurred his name and labelled him a bully in 'Brain Damage'. Two years after the lawsuit was originally issued, Eminem is now due to appear in court in a bid to have it thrown out.
Mathers' attorney petitioned for the dismissal last week, saying that Bailey was attempting to make a 'fast buck', adding that Eminem's rhymes regarding
Bailey were 'accurate'.
Sing the chorus and it goes… 'I was harassed daily by this fat kid named DeAngelo Bailey/An eighth-grader who acted obnoxious, cause his father boxes/So every day he'd shove me into the lockers/And he had me in the position to beat me into submission/He banged my head against the urinal until he broke my nose/Soaked my clothes in blood, grabbed me and choked my throat."
If its true this arsehole bullied Emimen, I am glad the bastard got slagged off in a song. Hope the case gets thrown out on its ear.

Lol its funny this stupid bully deserves to get slurred and look like an asshole. Hes just jealous that Eminem is a success and hes not, so now because of his artwork hes trying to steal Em's money that he made..
