DVD Review: Jonas Brothers - The 3D Concert Experience (Blu-ray/DVD Combo) - Page 2

To kick things up a notch, there are a couple of special guest appearances by Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift. Joe, Nick, and Kevin harmonize perfectly with these talented females and the audience shows their appreciation by cheering and singing right along.

I thought it was very interesting to see a couple of examples of “a day in the life” of the Jonas Brothers while doing publicity for their album, and was very impressed with the way each one seems to handle the extreme pressureand time constraints of the job. Also, there is the ever-present swarm of screaming and grabbing female fans - which has been met with a bit of criticism in a few reviews that I have come across - included on Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience. All I have to say to that is: hey, this is a group consisting of three good lucking and talented guys, of course there are going to be screaming and adoring fans, that’s just life. The main fan base of the Jonas Brothers is young tweens and teens (girls), and in honesty, from what I have seen, these guys represent a fairly wholesome attitude that is refreshing in today’s oversexed and rather provocative society.

Also included is a great bonus feature, “Up Close & Personal,” which goes behind the scenes and into the lives of the Jonas Brothers on tour. It's very interesting to see how Nick, Joe, and Kevin each truly got into the development of their tour and their extreme enthusiasm and gratitude toward the fans. Another great inclusion on the disc are two bonus songs for viewers to enjoy.

Overall, Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience will be a huge hit for fans of the group, and might even draw in some new fans who may not have been previously familiar with the group’s music.
