The rights that determine how the Dead Kennedy's back catalogue is distributed are now back in the hands of the entire band. This ends years of dispute between original frontman Jello Biafra and the other members of the legendary punk band.
Recently, it was announced that Biafra must pay royalties and damages amounting to $220,000.
