David Gilmour Releases Statement On Richard Wright's Passing, New Live Album To Be Screened in Select Theaters - Page 2

This package has been in the works for a great many months, but it's tough to imagine it not meaning something a whole different and a whole lot more to Gilmour in light of his friend's passing.

If this was Wright's final show, he left us on a high note.  I've listened to an advance of the 2-CD set, and this experiment of bringing the music of Gilmour and Floyd together with an orchestra worked brilliantly.

No wonder the newspapers are going out of business, all the good information is on the blogs. Our newspapers never mentioned Al Stewart's latest or any other current music news I would like to read about.
    Good write up by Glenn
I went back and read some of your other posts-- all great especially the Al Stewart stole by girl post. Thanks!
