The surprise of the night was when Levine and the band performed Alicia Keys' chart-topping "If I Ain't Got You" beautifully.
Maroon 5 ended the night with "Sunday Morning," and the audience was satiated from the invigorating evening the group gifted their fans with.
My favorite moment will always be the words Levine shared with the enamored audience: "New York has the best attitude, you laugh when you're happy, you cry when you're sad and when you're pissed off, you let everybody know, I like that."
What really shined a radiant light and spoke of Maroon 5’s impeccable character was participating in Rock CAN Roll. Concertgoers were encouraged to bring a nonperishable and nutritious food item to Rock CAN Roll, which was collecting on site. The volunteer non-profit hunger organization helps keep local food pantries well stocked; please visit their website for more info.
Long Island’s South Shore was magical, resplendent and utterly enchanted by Maroon 5’s accomplished, astounding and artistic brilliance, as was I.
