CD Review: P.O.D.Testify

When I first heard of P.O.D, I was working for Jesus People USA (1995). I fell in love with their music immediately. Until recently, I had no idea that they were relatively a new band. A band that went pro almost over night.

After nearly 14 years as a band and more than 7 million album sold, P.O.D. is back with their 4th studio album with Atlantic Records (their first in more than two years). This is one of their best and will most certainly find a home in my CD collection! "Testify" is hitting the streets today Tuesday, January 24th.

Unlike other "Christian" Bands that have cross over appeal. P.O.D. is not afraid to call themselves Christians and talk about their faith. Thus the name of this new album.

"Testify" is the follow-up to 2003's "Payable on Death," which debuted at No. 9 on The Billboard 200.

Having just concluded its Fall Brawl tour with Staind and Taproot, P.O.D. is planing to return to the road early this year.

Track List:
1. Roots In Stereo
2. Lights Out
3. If You Could See Me Now
4. Goodbye For Now
5. Sounds Like War
6. On The Grind
7. This Time
8. Mistakes And Glories
9. Let You Down
10. Teachers
11. Strength Of My Life
12. Say Hello
13. Mark My Words

and that's the way I see it! and now for your comments
