I've been a fan since 88, and I think all the guys still look great, I seen them 3 times on the YEAH tour and they Rock!!!
I can also say that Def Leppard is one band that does care about their fans!!!

Well, I believe that Def Leppard is still a great band. I'm 14 and I'm utterly fascinated by their work. I cannot critique YEAH! because, I have yet to listen to it, but I must say from a few songs I've heard on it over the Internet, they sound great! This arguing has gotten so off topic. The original idea of this topic was your opinions and critique on DL's cover album YEAH!, not their looks. But, you have to give them a break. They're not 20 or 30 anymore. They're middle aged men. Everyone starts looking a bit decrepid by then. I believe your opinion Chris is very harsh and much more a personal attack on the band, rather than a fair opinion. You don't have to sound sweet and bubbly but you could atleast lay off with words such as "lifeless as hell". I may not like yours and some other people's opinions but I do respect them. So respect mine.

I have read many reviews in my time but this is possibly the worst EVER. It's obvious you are not a Def Leppard fan and your statement here on NO personal attacks is a bit hypocritical because you attacked the band right and left.
Like was said before, you have the right to your opinion but it's just that, an opinion and I have to say if you're going to review a band, don't get personal because it will only make YOU look bad.
I have loved Def Leppard for 30 years and they are by far NOT over and this review is totally blind because you probably never even listened to it because if you had, you'd realize that YEAH puts a fresh outlook on some old classics and as only Def Leppard can do, they bring these songs back to life and I like their version better than the originals.
No personal attacks? I see it all over the place and if you are going to state an opinion, whether reviewing the music or commenting on someone in the band, be respectful instead of immature and blind.

As you can see Chris left the party early because he was embarassed by being called on his lack of professionalism, and he should be.
Wolf, you were also overtaken by intelligent reason, early in the game I might add. It is horrible to know that there are still neanderthal relics with less than stellar critical thinking skills like you out there, do you ever really listen to what you are saying? Or do you just foam at the mouth for a thrill?
I want thank all my Lepp friends out there who came and stood for what they know is right! Def Leppard have weathered all manner and form of BS and they still fill an arena, and all the purile blathering in the world is not going to stop that. They have always had what it takes to be the best band in the world, and they still do. Carry on Def Leppard, I have nothing but love for you!
