It was another week of politics on Justice with Judge Jeanine. I was thinking of not writing articles when the show shifts its focus to politics but decided against it. I can always find something to write about even if it’s not about a specific segment on the show. For instance, they referenced the Republican presidential candidates. The two front-runners are Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney.

Newt Gingrich has been married and divorced a few times. So saying he has issues with commitment wouldn’t be a stretch. Do we really want a guy running the country who can’t even run his personal life? Don’t even get me started on Mitt Romney. An old article resurfaced recently about him. Romney had put his wet family dog on top his car for a two-hour drive in cold weather. The dog had a bowel movement in his carrier inside the car and Mitt sprayed the dog down with water. He then put the wet dog in the carrier on top the car. He’s either cruel or an idiot, either way he’s not someone I want running this country.

I grew up in politics on the local level and hated it. Someone who disagreed with my father’s views killed my dog. So I’ve never cared for politics or politicians. I can still remember overhearing a political meeting when I was a kid. At first, it sounded like they were talking about helping out another politician. Then someone laughed and said, “Yes, if you offer him the information you are giving him enough rope to hang himself.” So much for a helping hand. It just never seemed friendly even though everyone was always smiling.

Fox News seems to be obsessed with politics. I only started watching this channel because of Judge Jeanine. But recently Justice with Judge Jeanine has veered away from its unique fight for the victim format to that of every other show on this channel. Tonight the show wasn’t any different from the shows that preceded or followed it. It wasn’t the unique compassionate show where Judge Jeanine is a voice for the victims seeking justice.

I’ll always watch because of Judge Jeanine. She’s someone who has touched my life and personally interacts with her fans. It just seems like the Fox News agenda is currently dominating her show and their staff her online social media. Justice and compassion is in her blood which is why I’ll always be one of her biggest fans. She once said she knows I don’t stand for any hogwash. So I believe that means I can love her without having to pretend to always agree with her.

I hope for some victims seeking justice stories soon. You can watch Justice with Judge Jeanine Saturday’s at 9:00 p.m. ET on Fox News Channel.
