Justice with Judge Jeanine gave a heart-warming update last night. Sgt. Rex the German shepherd has been reunited with his former military partner, retired Marine Megan Leavey. He will now live out the rest of his days with love and comfort.

I love Judge Jeanine for her support and love of animals. However, it is because of the animals that this will be my final article in this feature until after Romney loses the election. By promoting Justice with Judge Jeanine, I feel I’m also promoting Mitt Romney. He’s discussed in a positive light every week. For those who don’t know Mitt Romney committed an act of animal cruelty in 1983 but still laughs about it today. Watch Romney talking about the abuse he committed against his dog and laughing about it. They left out the part of the dog having diarrhea on the 12 hour cold drive and Mitt spraying him down with a hose. So his dog was wet on the 12 hour cold drive on top the car. In case there is any doubt, “air tight” kennel would have meant oxygen tanks or a dead dog.

I’ve been devoted to animal rescue my entire adult life, doing anything that supports an animal abuser feels like I’m betraying the animals and myself. Therefore, as much as I love Judge Jeanine and appreciate all the work she has done on behalf of the animals,I can’t ignore the fact Fox News appears to have its own agenda with the obvious support of Mitt Romney on every show. Judge Jeanine has my loyalty but my loyalty for the animals always comes first.

I want to be clear that Judge Jeanine has always been an animal advocate. When she was a prosecutor, she always punished the abusers. She has done some great coverage and support of animals on her show; most recently Sgt Rex. I just can’t continue my coverage of a station that has only positive things to say about an animal abuser — on all their shows. Fair and balanced? Really?! I hope to return in November!

In the meantime please follow Judge Jeanine on Facebook and Twitter She’s a lot of fun and you will love her as much as I do!
