For the majority of her life, C. Elizabeth has tried her hand in many different things including drawing, photography, and sewing. However, she would find herself losing interest after a short while. Writing turned out to be a completely different story; it was a gift that found her and continues to be an addiction, as well as a most wonderful, incredible passion.
Not only does C. Elizabeth write amazing and engrossing novels, but she does whatever she can to perfect her craft, such as attending the New York Pitch Conference, seminars and other similar groups and gatherings. Ms. Elizabeth also writes for online magazines on the topic of writing, sharing her knowledge with others.
C. Elizabeth resides in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. Writing has taught her a lot about herself and opened her eyes to many things that may not have been discovered had it not been for her writing career.
Ms. Elizabeth is currently busy promoting her newest novel, Absolute Obstruction, a sequel to her debut novel Absolute Obsession. I have read both of these releases and can honestly say that they are amazing.

If you had to describe your book, Absolute Obstruction, in two sentences, what would they be?
Finding true love is hard enough, keeping it is even harder. However, when that love is the driving force for revenge, it is the very thing that will destroy that it was avenging.
Do you have a favorite line or excerpt from your current work?

What are five important things that you take into consideration while writing your story?
1. Loving my characters, that is a must, even if I don’t like sometime.
2. Realism. Escapism is wonderful, but to write so that the readers feel they are the actual characters is my goal at all times.
3. Though it is fiction I still step back and ask myself: Could this truly happen?
4. Being submerged in the story myself, so it isn’t forced and the words flow off the page.
5. To tantalize the reader into turning the page.
Why should readers pick up your book?
If you crave a true love that comes directly from the soul, you will breathe it, live it in this book. Besides who can turn down that kind of love from an incredible hunk of a movie star.
What was the turning point when you realized you wanted to write and share your voice with the world?
I wasn’t given a choice, Michael and Rose spoke loud and clear that their story was going to be heard no matter how many books it took. Geez, quite demanding, don’t you think?.
What genres do you prefer to read? Which do you enjoy writing in?
I enjoy all types of genre’ and as for writing, it is definitely Romance right from YA paranormal romance on up to a more spicy romance.
What five things would you have with you at all times if you had to be prepared to take a trip at the drop of a hat?
3 Cell phone
4 Signing pen
5 Bookmarks and business cards
If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?
To be able to write with my mind, so when my characters insisted they be heard during a most inopportune time, which is most of the time, I could let my mind move the pen to jot it down.
What footprint do you want to leave behind in this world?
That dreams can come true even if you didn’t know you had them.Powered by Sidelines
