Well, I hope those banners generate some ad revenue, cuz they don’t connect me to any fucking information about what music Hip-O might have for sale. Clever damn programmers. Oh, I see, it’s my fault for not having the correct OS and browser. Whatever. For anyone else who may not be cool enough to click on their ad banners, but still have interest in Hip-O’s reissues, here’s a useful URL:

The Jam at the BBC and Johnny Burnette’s Rock & Roll Trio are more up my alley than all the Motown and reggae stuff. “Geronimo’s Cadillac”, “Gypsy Woman” and 180g vinyl reissues of Cat Stevens LP’s… Kind of an odd lot, but I guess reissue labels (even when a division of a major label) have to choose from a limited menu. Well, we’ll see if there’s anything left in my Paypal account after we buy Baby Olsen a new pair of snakeskin booties. ;->

um, no ad revenue Dave, just entertaining and informative links. We would never put an ad into the editorial section – that would defy separation of church and state

Oh, and the banners also lead to their contest, which is of value to those who would like to enter for the chance to win shit.
