Yo Gabba Gabba! Nyko Accessories to Debut at CES 2012

If you have young kids, then you are probably familiar with Nickelodeon's hit television show, Yo Gabba Gabba!. Proud gamers will be happy to know that one of the leading gaming peripheral manufacturers, Nyko Technologies, has just announced a partnership with W!ldbrain Entertainment, a DHX Media, Ltd. company, to bring you videogame accessories that feature characters from the show. These new peripherals come after the success of other Yo Gabba Gabba! merchandise like clothing, CDs, DVDs, toys, and books among others.

The first themed Nyko gaming products that will make their way to store shelves include a charging dock and carrying case. The Muno Time clock / radio / dock is designed to charge portable gaming devices like Apple's iPod or iPhone, and Nintendo's 3DS and DS handhelds. It has powered speakers that allow you to listen to music and other sounds from your device, or simply wake-up to the built-in Yo Gabba Gabba! songs with the alarm clock functionality. The device not only features Muno, a character from the show, but sounds and animated arms bring the device to life. The Hip Pack carrying case is designed after another character from the show, Brobee, which you can customize by making smile or frown. It is manufactured to hold any of a number of portable devices, including Nintendo's 3DS, Sony's PlayStation Vita, Apple's iPod, and more. The stylish case includes a cleaning cloth, waist strap, and storage for things like games, headphones, and other cables.

The Nyko Yo Gabba Gabba! gaming products are scheduled for release beginning in Spring 2012, with more accessories to be revealed for other portable devices and even consoles. You can get a first look at the peripherals at this year's Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas on January 10, 2012. Parents and fans can finally show their love and appreciation for both gaming and the Yo Gabba Gabba! series.
