News comes to us today that just in time for Christmas, the Nintendo Wii is going to get a new dancing game which will cover numerous genres and time periods. Just Dance, as it's called, will have over 30 tracks covering disco, rock, and more. It's even going to include the ever-awesome MC Hammer classic "U Can't Touch This."
Just Dance promises to not only cause users to get up and exercise (yes, another Wii game that promises to help people exercise), but to teach them dance moves as well. All I know for certain is that if the game can actually teach me the moves to "U Can't Touch This" I'll be truly excited. My Hammer pants have been sitting in the closet for almost two decades just itching to get worn again. I'm not saying the game will teach those moves, or that if it does I have the capability of learning them, but I have my fingers crossed.
How exactly is the game going to teach me to dance like Hammer (if it will in fact teach me how to dance like Hammer)? I don't know, but I do have some screenshots which might lend a clue:
