When is Halo 3 not Halo 3? Well, when it's Halo 3: ODST obviously. You know of the game, you've heard of the game, don't play coy with me. It's a prequel to Halo 3 and rather than going out as that Master Chief fellow, you're an orbital drop shock trooper. Essentially you're an elite trooper, and I'm pretty sure that makes you awesome, but it could in fact make you super-awesome.
The Xbox 360 exclusive title is going to be orbitally dropping in to shock you pretty soon (like next week), but before it does we've got a mess of screenshots to share with you. Take it away pictures!

Halo 3 will be cool (all the Halo series is), but my son's friend put things in perspective by complaining that PS3's Modern Warfare was too fast...and the online play is one of the more addictive games I've seen since the decline of AD&D (yeah, I'm old).
